✅ What you buy — an information service: we notify your alliance's private Discord thread when a treasure or a Season Mastery appears for your alliance in *Last Z: Survival Shooter*, with its position. You do not buy game items, currency, accounts or any in-game advantage. LastZ Treasures Alerts is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the game or its publisher.
📶 No guarantee of detection — we detect as much as we can, but we do not guarantee alerts for 100% of treasures or Season Mastery events: some may be missed or arrive late. After the alert, reaching it is up to you. Season Mastery positions are approximate. Your legal rights are not affected.
📅 Saturdays & cross-State events — on Saturdays and on cross-State event days (State Duel, State Conquest, State Wars, Volcano War and similar events) the game is under heavy load and many players teleport between alliances. On those days some alerts may arrive late or may be missed.
🎁 Who can get a free trial — Free trials are only available to eligible alliances. We may decline or end a free trial when an alliance's size or in-game situation doesn't allow our service to work properly. This does not affect paid subscriptions.
🎁 Free trial — 3 days free per person, starting as soon as your alliance's alerts are live (until then your trial is on hold). One trial per person. Using additional Discord accounts to obtain more trials is fraud and leads to a permanent ban. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is an extra or fraudulent use of the free trial (some of our checks are automated), we may shorten or remove its trial, suspend the account, or both; if we confirm the abuse, we may permanently ban it. We may also restrict free trials for an alliance under suspicion of repeated abuse: its new members can then only join with a subscription, or ask for a trial via 🆘 Help. If we got it wrong, press 🆘 Help and show us you are a different person (e.g. your in-game profile): a person reviews it and restores your account and trial days. By registering for the free trial or using the service, you accept these Terms, including the free-trial conditions. Payment is accepted at Stripe checkout.
⏱️ Setting up your alliance — when the first member of an alliance registers, we set up its alerts as soon as we can. On days when the game or our service is updated or under maintenance this can take longer, and we may pause your alerts briefly (your thread is told). If we cannot set them up, you are not charged, and if you already paid you get a full refund.
💶 Price — €20/month per person, VAT included. The launch offer LAUNCH50 (50% off: €10 your first month) applies only to your first purchase, once per person, and is applied automatically. Offers can't be combined with each other or with referral codes; only referral codes stack. It is temporary launch pricing and may end at any time. Any price change affecting an active subscription is announced in advance; you always see the exact price before paying.
💳 Payments & renewal — monthly subscription via Stripe, charged automatically every month, on the same day of the month as your first payment, until you cancel. On your bank statement it appears as LASTZ TREASURES ALERTS. About 7 days before each renewal we remind you of the amount and the date by Discord DM. Cancel any time with 🚪 Cancel or `/cancel` in our Discord and confirm: no more charges, and access lasts until the end of the period already paid. Periods already used are not refunded. If a renewal payment fails, you keep access for a few days to fix it; after that, access stops until payment succeeds.
🕐 Paying before your alerts are live — you may subscribe at any time, even before your alliance's alerts are live. In that case your paid month starts counting with your first alert, not on the day you pay: the days you wait are added to your access, and your card is still charged on the same day each month. Free trial days you still have when you pay are kept, and your paid month is added after them.
🧊 If the service stops — interruptions can happen: breakdowns, power or internet cuts, server or game updates, or any other technical failure. Interruptions of up to 24 hours are not compensated. If your alliance's alerts stop for more than 24 hours, your subscription is frozen: no days are consumed and no charges are made, and the frozen time is added back when alerts return. If an interruption is long, we'll also study further compensation case by case, even when the cause is outside our control. None of this limits your legal rights (see ⚖️ Your legal rights).
⏱️ Right of withdrawal (EU consumers) — you have 14 days from the day you pay to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. When you subscribe you expressly ask us to start at once (setting up your alliance's alerts starts immediately) and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund you in full if no alert has been delivered yet, or otherwise in proportion: you pay only for the days already provided. The free trial costs nothing and can be abandoned at any time.
📝 How to withdraw, step by step

2️⃣ It is enough to send it before the 14 days end.
3️⃣ We confirm receipt in writing (Discord DM or email) and cancel your subscription.
4️⃣ We refund you without undue delay and within 14 days, to the same payment method, at no cost to you.

🤝 Referral programme — your link: 🤝 My invite link. A friend counts if they join our Discord through your link, are new here, pay, complete their 7-day free trial and are still subscribed 14 days after paying, with no chargeback or refund of over half. Each = one single-use code worth 20% of the monthly price (€4), by DM; redeem it with 🎟️ Redeem code — as many codes at once as you like — and it comes off your next bill (never paid us? the one after your first payment). 5 codes = 1 free month; your progress (e.g. 3/5) is in 📊 My status. No limit; codes never expire, have no cash value and are transferable (one you give away is lost to you). If a counted friend is refunded (in full or over half), we cancel their code or another unused one; if you have none, your next code covers it. A friend's chargeback or fraud report = you lose all unused codes and code credit; with 2 or more such friends, your account is permanently banned. Either can be reviewed: press 🆘 Help or email us. If you dispute one of your own payments (chargeback), your unused referral codes are cancelled too, including any you gave away. If a code you redeemed is cancelled under these rules (the payment that earned it was refunded or disputed), its credit is removed. Self-referrals, shared cards, fake or duplicate accounts don't count and may lead to a ban. Invites posted on our own posts, videos or channels don't count. We may change or end the programme only for valid reasons (abuse, cost, law), announced beforehand.
📡 Public sample in #📡-live-proof — to show the service working, we publish a few alerts picked at random in #📡-live-proof, visible to everyone in our Discord: the alert type, server number, alliance TAG and coordinates. No player names or Discord users are ever shown. If you don't want your alliance to appear there, ask via 🆘 Help and we'll exclude it.
⚖️ Fair use & conduct — one Discord account per person. We may suspend or permanently ban, without refund of periods already used, anyone who uses multiple accounts, shares personal payment links, abuses referrals or codes, files chargebacks for a service that was delivered, or harasses other members or our team. You can ask us to review any suspension or ban: press 🆘 Help. Promoting other channels or servers, or posting personal links, in our Discord is not allowed without our prior agreement or permission, and may lead to a ban. Outside our Discord, you're welcome to share your invite link anywhere.
🏦 Chargebacks — if you dispute a payment with your bank or report it as unauthorized, your access ends at once and you cannot subscribe again until we sort it out with you via 🆘 Help. If something is wrong, please press 🆘 Help first: we answer and refund what is due.
⚠️ Your responsibility — you use this service at your own risk. We are not responsible for decisions or actions of the game operator, nor for what you or your alliance do with the alerts.
⚖️ Your legal rights — as a consumer you have a legal guarantee that the service is as agreed: if it is not, you can ask us to put it right, to reduce the price in proportion or to end the contract. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law gives consumers and that cannot be waived.
🔄 Changes — we may update these terms for valid reasons: a change in the law, in the game, in our payment or delivery providers, in the service, or the need to prevent abuse or fraud. Every update gets its own date and stays online at https://lastzalerts.duckdns.org/terms/ followed by that date (this one: https://lastzalerts.duckdns.org/terms/2026-10-24b). Material changes are announced in our Discord before they apply; if you don't accept them, you can cancel before they apply. If you don't cancel, the new terms apply from the date they apply.
🔐 Privacy (GDPR) — *Who:* the seller of LastZ Treasures Alerts is the data controller. *What:* your Discord ID and username, your alliance and server, who invited you (referral link), your subscription and payment status, the log of alerts delivered to your alliance's private thread and of the messages we send you, and your acceptance of these terms at checkout (the exact checkbox text and the time of payment). Card details are handled only by Stripe; we never see them. *Why:* to provide the service (performance of this contract) and to prevent fraud and defend against payment disputes (our legitimate interest). This evidence may be submitted to the payment processor in case of a chargeback. *Who else sees it:* only providers working on our behalf (payments, Discord delivery, hosting, maintenance). We never sell your data. *How long:* as needed for these purposes or by law (details: https://lastzalerts.duckdns.org/privacy). *Your rights:* access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — write to us (below) and we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
