Who is responsible for your data

The seller of LastZ Treasures Alerts is the data controller. Contact: LastZTreasuresAlerts@gmail.com. You can also press 🆘 Help in our Discord.

What we collect

Your Discord user ID, username and display name.
Your alliance and server, and who invited you (if you joined through someone's link).
Your subscription and payment status. Card details are handled only by our payment processor: we never see or store them.
The alerts delivered to your alliance's private thread, the messages we send you and how you use our bot (buttons and commands), to give you support and as evidence if there is a payment dispute.
To prevent abuse of the free trial: when your Discord account was created, when you joined our Discord and registered, the invite link you used and the alliances you registered in.
Your acceptance of our Terms at checkout (the exact checkbox text and the time of payment).

Why we use it

To provide the service (our contract with you).
To prevent fraud and abuse — for example, several Discord accounts used to chain free trials — and to defend against payment disputes (our legitimate interest).
To keep payment and accounting records (legal obligation).

Automatic checks on the free trial

To keep the free trial fair, our system automatically compares some of the data above (for example, a brand-new account invited by an alliance member whose trial just ended). If it shows that the same person is chaining trials, the trial can be shortened, removed or blocked for that alliance, as our Terms of Service say. If you think it's a mistake, press 🆘 Help and a person will review it.

Who else sees it

Only providers working on our behalf: payments, delivery on Discord, hosting, notifications and maintenance of the service. Some of them are based outside the European Economic Area. We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.

Public sample

A few alerts picked at random are shown in our Discord channel #live-proof with the alert type, server number, alliance TAG and coordinates. No player names or Discord users are ever shown. To keep your alliance out of it, ask us via Help in the Discord.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We never ask for your game login.

How long we keep it

While you use the service, and afterwards only as long as needed for the purposes above: to prevent abuse of the free trial, to handle refunds and payment disputes, and payment records for up to 6 years where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to its use, at any time: write to LastZTreasuresAlerts@gmail.com or press Help in our Discord. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
